By consolidating these essential components into one supportive network, FINSYNC equips entrepreneurs to efficiently manage their finances, secure funding, strengthen operations, and obtain expert guidance throughout their entrepreneurial journey.
Position Overview: FINSYNC is seeking an experienced and passionate Facilitator to lead entrepreneurial cohorts on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to fostering growth in aspiring entrepreneurs.
Contract Role - This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not a permanent employment role. The facilitator will be responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and other benefits. The duration and terms of the contract will be discussed during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Dedicate a minimum of one hour per week to content review and session preparation
- Guide cohort groups through content in three-hour sessions (typically 10-12 sessions)
- Share community connections and resources, including FINSYNC software and other valuable tools
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with participants as needed
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated passion for helping entrepreneurs succeed
- Proven experience in starting and/or running a business
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lead and energize group discussions
- Talent for inspiring group members to share and participate actively
- Proficiency in using thought-provoking questions to encourage exploration and critical thinking
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to adapt to diverse group dynamics
- High energy and enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and business growth
- Flexibility and adaptability in facilitation approaches
- Excellent time management skills
