Position Overview:

We are looking for a powerhouse Host to serve as the voice, face, and strategic partner for our brand.  Are you obsessed with business books, incredible business minds, and great entrepreneurial stories - this could be the job for you! This isn’t just a talking head role, and this isn’t a freelance gig - but, a full-time commitment and partner in the business.  If you’re a business-minded creator who can hold their own with brilliant business minds, this is a great opportunity to serve entrepreneurs and the financial partners that serve them including: investors, business coaches, business framework implementers and bankers.  You won't just be reading intros; you will be shaping the narrative of our business and driving the intellectual heartbeat of our content - and of course you’ll love entrepreneurship!

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the supreme host and lead high-level interviews with world-class guests, utilizing deep research and active listening to extract insights and nuggets that others miss.  

• Dive deep into topics, pivot conversations, and hunt for the story behind the story.  

• Partner with the leadership team to determine guest lineups, season themes, and content buckets that align with our messaging and overall business goals.  Collaborate with our marketing team on editorial strategy.

• Serve as a strong brand ambassador that represents the company at industry events, on social media (video/shorts), and in the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem.

• Partner with the marketing team and take the lead on production ensuring the value of every episode with content distributed across YouTube, Podcasts and other mediums.

• Panache, gravitas and professional conversations carried out impacting all listeners.  Use your natural and commanding screen presence and seeing the podcast as a visual and audio platform.

• Treat this podcast like a startup.  Growth, audience retention, brand integrity and entrepreneurship are all very important to you and by what you measure yourself by!

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional podcast hosting or high-level interviewing (journalism, broadcast, or executive-facing roles).

• Demonstrable passion and professional experience for entrepreneurship and business.  

• Proven ability to communicate with authority and empathy and carry out professional interviews and discussions

• Understand the mechanics of what makes a "great" show—from pacing to sound design.

• A reel or links to past interviews demonstrating your range, curiosity, and ability to handle complex topics should be shared.
