Partner Account Manager
Help Community Organizations onboard, adopt, and effectively use the FINSYNC platform to track entrepreneur progress, make referrals, and connect founders with resources.

Position Overview:
FINSYNC is seeking a Partner Account Manager to support Community Organizations and entrepreneurs using our platform to grow businesses and strengthen local partnerships in their ecosystems.
In this role, you’ll serve as the primary expert on FINSYNC’s Impact Center, helping Community Organizations onboard, adopt, and effectively use the platform to track entrepreneur progress, make referrals, and connect founders with coaches, advisors, and capital resources. You’ll also guide entrepreneurs and ecosystem partners through FINSYNC’s tools, ensuring everyone understands how to use the platform to achieve meaningful outcomes.
This is a relationship-driven, systems-oriented role focused on adoption, engagement, and measurable success.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard and activate Community Organization partners in the Impact Center.
Train partners, entrepreneurs, and business coaches on FINSYNC platform features and benefits.
Support entrepreneurs as they enter the network and facilitate warm introductions to Community Organizations and ecosystem partners.
Build and manage workflows to nurture Community Organizations, entrepreneurs, and coaches through their FINSYNC journey.
Conduct regular check-ins with partners to review platform utilization and success.
Maintain accurate CRM records and share reports on engagement, onboarding, connections, and referrals.
Collaborate with Partner Success, Programs, and Business Development teams to ensure a seamless partner and entrepreneur experience.
Qualifications:
Experience in relationship or partnership management, ideally with nonprofit or community-based organizations.
Comfort supporting technology adoption and explaining software features and benefits.
Strong communication skills with a consultative, persistent approach.
Experience working with CRMs, metrics, and reporting.
Highly organized, systems-minded, and excited about helping entrepreneurs succeed.
Preferred: Experience in entrepreneurial ecosystems or small business support (SBDCs, accelerators, incubators, coaching programs).
