Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute the overall marketing programs roadmap (e.g., integrated campaigns, product launches, customer loyalty) to meet company revenue goals.
Oversee the program marketing strategy, ensuring all assets (e.g., white papers, case studies, video) align with program goals and partner narratives.
Track KPIs and use data analysis to continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and pipeline generation.
Define, negotiate, and execute the strategic partnership roadmap, identifying, recruiting, and managing key channel and technology alliances.
Develop and launch Go-to-Market (GTM) plans with partners, including co-marketing campaigns and partner enablement to drive mutual revenue growth.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partners to ensure long-term alignment and value.
Act as the brand steward for all program and partner-facing materials, providing a keen eye for design and messaging to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution.
Report on partnership ROI and program performance to senior leadership, providing strategic recommendations for growth.
Qualifications:
7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role focused on Marketing Programs, Channel Marketing, or Strategic Partnerships (B2B preferred).
Proven track record of building and scaling high-growth marketing programs and managing complex strategic alliances.
