Position Overview:   Senior Associate, Investor Networks will work under the Executive Director of Investor Networks to assist in spearheading a groundbreaking initiative that leverages cutting-edge technology and a fully connected ecosystem connecting qualified entrepreneurs with angel investors. This combination of idea development, expert guidance, and milestone-based funding connections creates a paradigm shift, improving efficiency and outcomes for entrepreneurs and investors alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Support overall strategic initiatives, establishing FINSYNC as the leading platform for connecting angel investors, community organizations, financial institutions and entrepreneurs.

Assist in connecting, building and expanding investor networks by cultivating relationships with angel investors and networks, educating about and representing the FINSYNC solution and platform and assisting with qualified matches.

Collaborate and partner with community organizations ensuring entrepreneurs receive appropriate and expert guidance

Leverage FINSYNC and Fynn, maximizing technology capabilities, in order to make matches, guide entrepreneurs and ensure seamless connections

Track and analyst outcomes of connections; measure metrics

Refine processes and improve efficiencies creating good results

Partner with internal FINSYCN resources to support overall strategy driving ecosystem growth

Monitor industry trends, stay abreast of startup funding and community-based entrepreneurship, positioning FINSYNC at the forefront of innovation

Qualifications:

2+ years professional experience in investment networks and entrepreneurial space

Professional and collaborative experience working with diverse stakeholders, including, but not limited to: investors, entrepreneurs, and community organizations, creating connected solutions

Demonstrated leadership exemplified in professional strategies developed, solving systematic inefficiencies in entrepreneurial ecosystems

Experience leveraging technology to drive efficiency and innovation. AI experience is a plus!

Strong professional communication skills; expression of complex ideas, building relationships and influencing action
